I would like to own a 4 bedroom house near Melbourne, Australia (about $500,000 AUD). Ideally I would like to purchase a plot of land and build on the land.
Career
I would like to achieve the Chartered Tax Adviser Part 1 and Part 2. This will enable me to be more effective at work and achieve a pay increase. I would also like to achieve the HPD [Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma]. I would then do hypnotherapy on a part time basis with a view of doing hypnotherapy full time. My main competency is helping clients with Anxiety or depression.
Mode of Transport
The car I will drive will be a Bentley in Black with red trim or Purple. The seats will be black with red piping and the Bentley Badge will be stitched into the seats. The car will be parked in the garage.
Love Life
I will visit Ukraine to meet my friend and ask her to come and visit me in Australia for Christmas 2014

I will need to find a plot of Land. I already have sourced a builder that has the capability to build the property for me
Career
I now when the CTA1 is scheduled to start. I will pay for the course by 28 January 2014. The exam is 18 March 2014.
As for the HPD, I need to complete my portfolio. I have spoken to my mentor on this and she is willing to let me send her portions of my portfolio on a piecemeal basis so that she is able to look at my progress. I need to complete this by End of January as the NCH has a meeting mid February and if I can get my portfolio ready by the end of January it will be submitted in the February meeting

You can buy Bentley's in Australia and I know where the garage is but I need money to ascertain this part of the vision

I am talking to my friend in Ukraine on a weekly basis (by email). I am going to Ukraine in October 2014

Love Life. Happy that I will be able to go to Ukraine this year but it is a two way street, but I am hoping to find my mate in 2014
Obstacles or limitations
Money is the main obstacle. I may need to look at other sources of income in order to achieve some of these visions
