I Love Myself
I feel compassion and empathy towards myself. I am aware of my needs and desires and share them openly. I forgive myself. I speak kindly to myself. I smile when I look at myself in the mirror. I feel proud of myself. I celebrate my achievements. I touch myself gently and with love. I take care of my body. I take care of my looks. I rest. I pamper myself. I listen to my body signals. I truly and genuinely love and trust myself.

I want to spend time on my own sitting still or lying down and listening to my body and mind. Just listen and observe without judgement or emotion. And after realizing what is bothering me to take actions for change if necessary.
I want to relax my muscles and whole body -> relaxation, sleep, sports, dancing, swinging, walking, sex.
I want to be aware of the changes in my body at all times such as stomach pain, tension or heaviness, tension in my shoulders, other physical discomfort. And after acknowledging them to stop what I am currently doing or thinking, take a break, relax, distract, raise my energy.
I want to listen to others calmly and patiently and pause/ think before reacting.
Where are you right now?
I spend about 1 hour per day 'meditating' + walking/doing sport, etc. I would like to make it 1 and 1/2 hour.
I sleep 7 and 1/2 hours per night which is OK.
I want to figure out how to notice my body signals earlier (as soon as they happen) and to take immediate action to cease the source of the tension.
Obstacles or limitations
My impatience, self criticism and perfectionism are some of the obstacles. I sometimes set goals follow through for a few days and then focus my attention on another goal - lack of consistency.

Self-love and self-respect truly are the key to all else! So often we make an exception for ourselves from our compassion toward all. This is a beautiful vision, Eva, and I am impressed to see that it includes some very specific and practical steps toward achieving self-love.
