I have been coaching for nearly three years now. With an emphasis on finding strongest life, I have coached senior executives and professionals who face significant challenges navigating fast changing conditions, in personal and professional life. My practice includes clients from several industries and varied levels/professions across all aspects of life including relationships (personal and professional), career and transition, performance, specific problems and more holistically life coaching.
Passionate about helping people realize their fullest potential and assisting them re-fuel their lives through areas of their passion, I have, over the years built an expertise in conceptualizing, designing and facilitating creative, powerful, unique learning events in the areas of self and people leadership and life powered by passion.
I am a Vice President, Operations in a leading investment bank and have worked with top brands like Microsoft and CSC in my previous roles, across BFSI, Services and Product industries. With over a decade of experience in client servicing, program management and operations/service delivery management disciplines, I bring in solid cross-cultural and diverse leadership practice experience which instils deep- “the value of passion” in one’s life and how it steers ones journey in finding their best and strongest life.
I have attained my coach training from Erickson International- Accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF) and am an Indian Institute of Management (IIMK) certified executive.
