Summary
Seasoned business professional, serial entrepreneur and Social Investor. Certified Executive and Leadership Coach based out of Dubai. I have over 8 years experience coaching and mentoring social entrepreneurs in Middle East, Africa and India. At C3, I lead the expert management team.

I started my career over 18 years ago, in the area of Corporate Strategy and Change, with some of the most premier international consulting firms. I went on to deepen my specialization into Creativity and Innovation, coupled with executive coaching of my clients in their innovation journeys. My passion for empowering women entrepreneurs drew me to Unitus, where I played the role of Country Director, and coached CEOs of partner SMEs. I also architected the design of a Social Venture Fund, which is currently the fastest investing seed fund for social entrepreneurs in India.

Over the years, I have played a variety of leadership roles and have built a successful coaching and consulting practice. I am passionate about increasing the pipeline of women leaders across the Middle East and Africa Region, and am in the process of launching THRIVE Dubai, a series of Leadership Development Workshops for women leaders in Dubai.

Having lived and worked in over 6 countries, spanning 5 continents, my experience has given me a unique sensitivity and diverse perspective that shows up in my coaching and training. I have been told that I create an inspiring, fun and lively environment for learning, and am often invited to speak at various International level forums and Universities.

Currently, I coach Entrepreneurs, Women and Social Change Leaders in Dubai and across the globe. I am also the Head Faculty for Behavioral Sciences at an International Business School in Dubai, and work closely with 2 other Business Schools coaching future leaders to be poised for a successful corporate career.

I have an MBA with Distinction from UK and have significant experience in designing and delivering experiential learning programs.

I have received my professional coaching training at CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) and am a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), as well as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF.
