Experience
My professional background comes from the IT industry, where I worked for one of the most important Romanian IT company for seven years. I started as a young reporting developer and in less than two years I became the youngest manager having the responsibility of the Reporting and Business Intelligence Department.
I have relevant experience in Project Management, creating and analyzing Dashboards and KPIs for customs implementation, manage Data Warehouse modeling & design.
In 2009 I started the International Coach Academy's (ICA) ACTP program, becoming a certified professional coach and obtaining my ACC from International Coach Federation.
That was the point where I shift my career and changed my perspective about how I want to design and live my life.
Also in 2009 I participated at two Stanford Continuing Studies: "Psychology Of Peak Performance" and "Leadership, Change, and Conflict Resolution".
Since 2010 I am managing partner at MindStreets, company that provides custom leadership and coaching programs for organizations focusing on people development, that want to build and invest in creating an engaged management team and assist high potential employees in revealing their very best.
From March 2013 I am the ICF Romania Chapter President.
