I am a mature professional coach with extensive experience of helping entreprenuers, new start ups and creative people to get those new business thoughts, plans and ideas into something tangible and constructive.

I trained with The Coaching Academy in 2010 and have since coached a variety of clients on personal performance skills, business start ups, career change, retirement options, managerial, working with teams, future choices.

All my coaching sessions are 90 minutes (most coaches offer 45-60mins), giving value for money and enough time to fully discuss your future plans - the most important investment you will make for your future.

I believe that structured and focused coaching can quickly bring our plans into reality. Can give us a real grasp on what we need to do, and how we can do it. Also, lets us look at our own resources, from a financial perspective, times scales, effects on our family and personal circumstances and how we are going to achieve the tasks involved in setting up our business.

After each coaching session you will receive a written summary of your Session Goal, Discussion and Action Points - this will help you keep a track of your objectives and show you how you are moving forward positively.
