A TRUSTED ADVISOR: I am a problem SEER, not just a problem solver! 

 My mission is to unlock the truth deep within each organization and person and create a spark to ignite their hidden talent and passion!

Organizations know they have issues, they just don't know what those issues are.

 We discover the issues, root causes, and constraints and together we build a strategy for the best solution(s). Sometimes, the best solutions are within your organization and are untapped! Other times, we need outside resources. 



It begins with understanding your CULTURE:
Culture is everything today. We conduct customized cultural audits that pinpoint underlying issues and provides the necessary steps for everyone to take ownership in making improvements! After a discovery stage, a quantitative and qualitative perspective is generated through surveys and interviews. Once issues are identified, an effective development strategy which ties to the organization’s vision, goals and objectives, can be mapped out to ensure a healthy, robust and sustainable culture.

 Our proprietary methods and approaches are built on academic research and practical experience, have been honed over the years. We study fourteen different areas and produce insights that guide the rest of the process.

Relationships: Help build genuine, authentic relationships with clients and other team members.

Doing the Next Thing: A vision and strategy are great, but many leaders are stuck taking the very first step! We help you get unstuck! 

 



My personal note: My profile picture is me—unmasked! Behind the 30 + years of wearing a suit, collecting titles, awards and acumen, is the real me! When I coach, train, speak and write, I bring all of me to the table—my business experience and life experience as a daughter, sister, friend, mom and grandma! We provide training to sustain relational selling, cultural changes and leadership development!

ASSESSMENTS
:
Seven Pillars of Leadership Wisdom Assessment: This leadership assessment is comprised of personality traits, managerial competencies, emotional intelligence and critical thinking. This tool produces findings that validate strengths and weaknesses of each leader so that they can recognize powerful combinations to improve their leadership influence. The interpretation of the findings generates insightful and transformational conversation that help identify what and how to change.

The assessment is taken on-line and a 2-hour follow up session is scheduled to review the findings. Specific, detailed information is provided for the user to apply behavioral changes.
