Summary
I have over a decade of global experience supporting leaders across a range of complex issues (or challenges) and personal growth strategies. After completing my coaching training in 2011, I gained the ability to use these techniques to help others to achieve their desired results or just to make a difference in their life.

I have worked commercially in Executive Human Resources within different industries and sizes often leading large global teams.

My coaching practice is confidential, solutions focused, and non judemental. I have helped hundreds of people throughout my career accomplish great things or remove obstacles that were hindering success.

I'm currently working on accreditation to become a yoga teacher. It is because of this passion, that I often infuse mindfulness practices within my coaching sessions.

I had the best job in the world, I helped our people achieve amazing results that ultimately allowed us to continue to achieve greatness and essentially take over the world. It's all about People & Culture and that's what I absolutely loved. Culture is everything and the core of any business, without this secret sauce the heart and soul of the company dies. If it does, motivation and drive will die and our people will lose their motivation and engagement... and that just sucks. It was my job to ensure this grow and enhanced.

At Vend, my primary role was to cover three critical areas that helped build the future of our global business and continued to help us bring delight to our retailers.

1) Scaling our global organisation with nothing short of a-grade innovative people.
2) Fuelling our culture as we scale across the globe by building a people infrastructure system that grows as we grow.

General Manager Global People & Performance
Pumpkin Patch
1/2010-12/2013
As the Global General Manager of People and Performance, my role was to develop people and performance strategies that aligned and helped Pumpkin Patch achieve it's plan at a global level (New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, USA). This covered a range of issues from executive and non executive compensation and reward planning, identifying ways to build leadership capability (from executive through to sales), managing global payroll, building robust succession planning thinking and processes all while ensuring the globally based People and Performance team developed key strategies that lifted culture and communication within their markets.

Accomplishments include;
* Building a balance scorecard and performance management system that achieved alignment from top down and increased engagement and leadership.
* Developing our global leadership education strategy, while ensuring leaders and high potentials had positive impacts as a result of their increase in commercialism and leadership.
*The planning and execution of organisation wide restructures over a 3 year period that included an overall 25% reduction in global staff. All delivered in a way that achieved the best outcome for our people and business.
* Developed and led the cultural strategy by identifying and communicating core values and behaviors across our global workforce.
* Introduced a global people scorecard that allowed our team to understand people strengths and opportunities. This enabled us to address critical issues that were preventing long-term growth across our sales channels.
* Redeveloped our executive remuneration charter and policies to better align our remuneration strategy with the overall business goals and our employee value proposition. This reduced salary and benefit spend across our business.
